Collaborative action lab/asso

The "Marseille Imaging" institute is launching its " Research 2022 " call for projects to promote co-design by fostering new collaborations between players in data science, instrumentation and application fields in the following scientific areas:

  • Ultimate imaging
  • Imaging therapy
  • Emerging and breakthrough techniques
  • Imaging for the greatest number

The total budget allocated to the call for proposals in 2022 is €100,000.

PROJECT TYPES

  • Proof-of-concept" project, demonstration of a new proof-of-concept and/or innovative project: funding of up to €25k over a 1-year period.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Theme
    • Projects in line with the scientific priorities of the Institut Marseille Imaging, focusing on biological or medical imaging.
  • New intra-institute and inter-laboratory collaborations:
    • must involve new intra-institute and inter-laboratory collaboration.
  • Co-design
    • involves at least 2 laboratories/units that are members of the Marseille Imaging Institute.
  • The applicant (project leader)
    • members of Research units attached to the Marseille Imaging Institute.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES

Funding: 25 k€ maximum (1-year duration).

  • equipment expenses
  • operating expenses.
  • payroll expenses

Comments: the project sponsor undertakes to detail and justify budget planning according to expenditure by mass (Operating, Investment and Payroll).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Projects are planned to run for 12 months.
  • Expenditure must take place before August 31, 2022. Expenses must be in line with those listed and justified by the project leader at the time of submission.
  • Projects will be evaluated by means of an oral presentation and an activity report approved by the evaluation committee.

VALORIZATION : all publications and scientific communications that have benefited from financial support from the Marseille Imaging Institute must mention the following sentence:
"This work was supported by the French government as part of the France 2030 investment plan, within the framework of the Aix-Marseille Université - A*MIDEX Excellence Initiative (AMX-19-IET-002) ".

Publications must be deposited in the A*Midex HAL AMU collection, the University's open archive.
