Mission

The Institut d'Imagerie de Marseille funds incoming mobility projects for international students and researchers to promote excellence, collaborations and facilitate exchanges with foreign universities on imaging projects in the fields of data science, instrumentation and application in the following scientific areas:

  • Ultimate imaging
  • Imaging therapy
  • Disruptive and innovative techniques
  • Imaging for all

TYPES OF MOBILITY

  • Short-term mobility (15 days to 2 months) :
    • round trip
    • accommodation
  • Long-term mobility (2 months to 1 year)
    • Funding of 1000 euros/month

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • International student (Bachelor's, Master's or PhD level) or international researcher from a foreign university
  • must not be of French nationality
  • not enrolled at Aix-Marseille Université
  • in a host laboratory member of the Institut d'Imagerie de Marseille

DOCUMENTS

  • Application form duly completed
  • Curriculum vitae of mobility applicant
  • Copy of identity card or passport
  • Official bank statement (IBAN / SWIFT)
  • Invitation letter from the host laboratory to support the application

CONDITIONS OF ENGAGEMENT

All publications and scientific communications that have received financial support from the Marseille Imaging Institute must mention the following sentence:
"This work has received support from the French government as part of the France 2030 investment plan, as part of the Aix-Marseille Université - A*MIDEX Excellence Initiative (AMX-19-IET-002)".

Publications must be deposited in the A*Midex HAL AMU collection, the University's open archive.
