Industrial Chair 7-TEAMS

What is it all about?

A strong, long-term R&D collaboration between an academic partner, CRMBM-CEMEREM, and an industrial partner, SIEMENS Healthineers, around a unique ultra-high-field MRI platform (7 Tesla), thanks to the acquisition of the only MRI system to be CE and FDA certified for clinical use.

What are the objectives?

• Strengthen the leadership of the partners, and develop innovation and cutting-edge research in ultra-high-field MRI, from research to clinical use (R&D programs on a single platform).
• Set up a unique training environment in ultra-high-field MRI (specific and innovative teaching and training programs) at regional, national and international level.

This Chair follows on from the Equipex "7T-AMI" project (2014-2022), a partnership between AMU, CNRS, APHM and Siemens Healthineers, and offers an ambitious and viable project to perpetuate this excellent facility.
